What kind of questions do you ask?

I'm a nanny that works with children under 4. I have a list of questions and wonder what other nannies ask. I have a list below of my questions.

- I ask about start date, hours, long-term, taxes, and contract.
- Parental philosophies regarding schedules, sleep training, CIO, discipline, etc.
- What kind of nanny they envision
- Child's tempermant
- Any health issues
- Expectations of housekeeping
- Child's schedule if they're on one.
- If they have a nanny cam
- Driving and car expectations
- How would we communicate.

What so you ask? I start with 3-4 month olds.
