Employers: what do you wish you had included in the work agreement?

I want to clearly outline expectations from the start, as it is much easier than having to correct something down the line.
What did you neglect to include in the work agreement, that you wish you had outlined? |

OP here. This post is specifically for employers' input. I had also been considering starting one for nannies to answer the some question and am happy to do so. I have been a nanny in the past, so feel like I have more insight from that perspective than I do as a nanny employer myself, hence this post. |
