Pregnant nanny update

I posted on here a few months ago, worried about my situation as a pregnant nanny. I told my family at 13 weeks, and they were super excited for me. I am 17 weeks now, and MB said today that they want me to bring my baby and they will set up a pack and play in a room for them and everything. She didn't mention a pay decrease but I'll be prepared to drop my rate a little if I need to. I am so thankful and excited I just wanted to share the good news! If anyone brings their child to work and has any tips let me know
