What is the average rate for Housekeeper/Sitter who drives in suburban MD RSS feed

Looking to hire someone eventually for 2 kiddos (both in school full days) for approx 30 hours a week. Will need help with full housekeeping, pickups and drop offs, some supervised kids activities in the afternoon, and light meal prep. Is there a going rate? We are hoping for something between 15-20 an hour. Does this sound right?

I don't know that there are any LEGAL housekeepers for $20/hr., but maybe you'll find a babysitter for that. Also, you'll probably need to provide a vehicle for your driving.
