How do I "unregister" as a MD employer?

| God, I wish I knew! Two years out and I still have to call in at least twice a year, and I've sent a letter too - they promise me it has been resolved but then lo and behold I get a new notice... |

There's a form. Call the state and they'll tell you where to find it and how to submit it. I did not have any of the problems the PP had; just submitted it and that was that.
Don't forget to file your end of the year tax forms, though. |
