when our regular nanny was gone we used this service. Every person they sent was terrible except one. It was bad. Maybe I just got unlucky, but this was my experience.

Don't they cap the sitter pay at $14/hr? Way too low.

We used them a couple times thru DH's work backup care. Both times they were horrible. We now request his backup care not use them when searching for us.
