Nanny web sites

Why is it now with all the nanny web sites ie : Care.com , sitter city and many more .
Parents never respond . you want to know why they get very over whelmed also with the amount of emails they get . Even though you might be the 30 email there drained in doing the calling and interviewing over the phone.

Is there any other way like the olding days you can just place an add , in the news paper or be able to place an add on the bulletin board .
My gosh , what else is there to do to get jobs . talk about being in competition with the darn computer screen . ridiculous.
I have been unemployed for over 6 darn months

That could be the main reason you are having a tough time getting hired for jobs.

We just hired a nanny after searching through Sittercity and Care.com. A brief profile without much information might not get you on my list of potential nannies to contact, but clear spelling and grammar mistakes are definitely going to count against you. If I have to wade through dozens of applications, you can bet that I will focus on the ones that make a good impression.
