Silver Spring Daycare or Nanny Share

Good evening.

I've been extremely fortunate to have my mother-in-law come to my house 4 days a week but she is simply worn out with our 5 month old. I realize most daycare needs to be reserved in advance but if anyone knows one with an opening in the Silver Spring area, it would be appreciated. We're open to a nanny share situation as well. We both have alternative work schedules so we can be flexible.

I appreciate any help.
