How do I quit this nightmare job?

I've been a nanny for the past two weeks in a job I hate. I nanny for a family that has another part-time nanny. I love the baby and the pay is good, but the other nanny has been with them for months, so I understand the comfortability between them, but I've noticed MB includes in her in more stuff. For instance, MB and her are always having inside jokes, inviting her for lunch ( in front of me), having her stay later to show her pics, showing new clothes that she ordered, etc. It's start to feel like I'm in an awkward threesome. They both constantly talk over me, and I've even heard them whispering to each other ( not sure if it's about me) after I've left the room.

I also can't stand MB. I'm suppose to leave at 5 but I'm usually there until 6pm ( unpaid) so she can't chat about the same thing she said the other day. Is becoming incredibly annoying. I've told her " I'm sorry. I have to go. I have plans at X time." She then still keep talking or say " You need to stay. I need to show you something", which ends up being something stupid. I also do not like that she has paid ( direct deposit) a couple days late. My contract says two weeks but I don't think I can last that long. I also need the money and don't have anything lined up.

Give notice. She's going to let you go on the spot, so you won't have to work out the two weeks.

OP here. I want to mention that I don't mind that they are close given that she's been with them for a couple months. I just hate tha they purposely leave me out, even standing right in front of me. I also do not mind staying to chat ( I'm used to 15-20 mins) but staying an hour plus is getting a little ridiculous.

You find a new job, then you give notice and expect to be paid out rather than working. It's that simple.

Wait, so are you left out or not? You stay to chat every day...seems like you are getting plenty of attention, just not the exact kind that you want.

Honestly OP, you sound really immature. Every job you ever have will come with some personality conflict; if this is the worst you are experiencing and are calling it a NIGHTMARE, I have a hard time seeing how any job isn't going to be a challenge for you.
