New to the Process

I'm returning to work after being at home with my toddler and infant, and I need to find child care within 4-5 weeks. I have no experience with nanny shares, but it seems that this route might be best, considering my time constraints.

Is there a basic information thread someone could point me to, or a site for DC nannies that is reputable? How have you guys started the process, and what do you wish you had known going into it.

Nanny shares are more doable if you have only one child, OP. I think you need your own nanny. She'll have her hands full with your two children.
