About to hire a nanny. We live in VA, which does not require workers comp. i checked and a policy would be $600. Is this worth it? Interested in hearing from others in VA.

If your nanny gets hurt while working for you, you are liable. Do you want to be personally liable or know that you have insurance to cover anything that happens?
