When/where to start looking for nanny share

| Hi. I am due in Sept 2016, hoping to have a nanny share with someone in the downtown Silver Spring are starting in December (I will need a nanny 2-3 days/week). Any advice on when to start looking or how to find families would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

| Neighborhood listservs, the Maryland share section of this forum, and checking with neighbors and coworkers. Your best bet would be to find a family that needs full time care, or opposite days that you'll need so that you can offer a full time position. |

| i found 4 different families we matched with over the years on this website. Actively for weeks/months put up feelers on the Nanny Share board of this website plus check it to see if others have posted anything near you. |
