What's an good pay for a nanny share with babies under 7 months

If she has some training and lots of experience, $30+/hr is usually decent. It really depends on her background.

That's not much. Why do you think she can manage two babies?

How many hours a week?

Unless she one of the babies has special needs or she has some unique sought after skill that you can't find elsewhere, between $20-24 is pretty normal for full time hours in NW DC (you can swing toward the low end of that range if you are also offering a health care and/or transportation stipend, but if not, swing toward 24). Can't speak to the suburbs. Hope that helps!

It depends on the nanny's experience, references and certifications. It also depends on what the parents need and want. Most shares in the DC area seem to start at $18-20/hour.

This has to be a nanny asking, the writing is terrible.

It depends on what she's expecting. Have you ever juggled two babies?

$16-20/hr total to start

Good joke. Better yet, go for minimum wage. If you do care.com, you can do $5/ hr.
