FTM here. I have searched this site and the requirements for a nanny share in MD are not clear? Is a license required to host a nanny share in our house or not? If so, has anyone gone through the application process and can direct us on how to proceed?

These laws seem to go by city/county, not state. I found out for my county in VA by going to the local government website and simply searching "nanny share" and "in home daycare".
