Employ hiring a nanny

Hello parents I hope these questions will help you choose the right nanny to join your wonderful family . How can we know a good nanny ?
How many years of experience should our nanny have ? where did she work before ,she be come a nanny ? How long she is in the U S A ?
Do she have a clean driving record ? Can she give us refs with employ income taxes with held . What ages of children she cared for . Can she give you a clean bill of health included H I V and TB . A clean criminal back ground check . C P R training . Any kind of child care training from red cross .Her highest level of her education or, collage degree. Can she commit to work for one year .Do you drink, or smoke
What are the ages of children you cared for, and how many years you are a nanny in the U S A .Can you tell us some things you can do with our kids if we choose you as our nanny . How well can you seek our family interested . Can you care for our children as if they were yours?
Do you have health insurance ? Do you have any speed ticket ? What are some things you enjoy doing together with kids .What do you do if you are having a bad day at work ? Can you be a honest nanny ?


When most parents interviewing a nanny these are some question they should ask a nanny .There are many difference in choosing the right nanny . You have to decided if you need a nanny with more then five years experience, or less then five years. For example a nanny who have over five years of nanny experience should be paid a high salary then a nanny who have less then five years of nanny experience. In my own experience i always went for someone who was older with plenty of experience with different children ages.
As a parent ,my reason for writing this note to another parents i am hoping some will read this and take their time to search for a good nanny . Some may not like what i have written on here . It is very sad to see plenty parents think so little of their children care today . It is very sad . Many years ago for example : we never had nanny share ,yes we had grand parents but we look for great nannies for our children .we put our children first . Today some parents are doing nanny share to cut cost cheaper .We have to ask our selves this question :Is our kids is getting the care and love they dissever ? they are not twins .they will have different personality although . i don't agree with nanny share . It is a small investment for the first five years of your children life to have one nanny for each family . most families will have two children later on , but look at the care for your children while they are babies .We are their parents and they should have the best growing up .I look at paying a wonderful nanny to care for mine kids is a small price to pay for love and care that last a short while .It has all different rates now but you have to be careful there are women only taking the jobs to pay their bills . and that good . i am speaking about a real nanny who loves kid from her heart, and soul. A true nanny never takes a mother place she just love kids because she know how to care and love children . A women always a women so a mom always a mom . Please parents love your children and stop and think very hard in your heart and , ask yourselves what is best for my children i love so dearly in mine heart .i am also a parent and , i know we love our children so let us give them our best .choose the best nanny for our children . i wish you all best of luck .

When you fine a good nanny she will have over 15 years of experience .

One child $18.00 per hour .First 40 hours at $18.00 per hour Any addition hour is time /half by law .
plus work out some kind of health insurance plan would be best for both of you can agree on .
this rate is not for nanny who only have about three years or less experience in child care .

I have never had any employer ask for proof that I am not a carrier of any illness. That would be totally bizarre.
