You need to leave contact info. Period. It's stupid to expect a dozen different people to leave *their* contact info for one single lazy op. I've noticed the people who respond to the lazy op's looking for help are mostly immigrants with broken English. Amazing.

I agree. I find it amazing that parents want nannies to be comfortable splashing all of their information all over DCUM. Setting up a generic account is incredibly easy, and parents wouldn't need to worry about applicants having their personal email addresses later. I don't respond to anyone who doesn't post contact information, and I'm sure that most nannies don't either.

Agreed! I find it so silly and self important when someone looking for a service expects everyone to post their personal information online. You don't want to, so why in the world would I? I would never respond to an ad like that. I always wonder how it work out for them, since only someone desperate or with a minimal grasp on the English language would respond.
