Any nanny's set up a 401k with their employer ? How do you do This?

| I love my current position with the family I am with, and I believe I will be with this family for at least 2-3 years. I am part time:35 hours per week, but I still would like to know how do I set this up. Any family's set this up with their nanny? I am 24 years old if this is relevant. Thanks ! |

| 401k's are for corporations, not individual employers. Look into establishing an IRA for yourself and contributing to that. |
