Gift for care provider - my son is graduating her care

We typically give CASH to our wonderful care provider for Christmas. This time, my son is graduating her care and won't be coming back.
We really loved how he was cared at under her arm. Would CASH be better option or something more tangible stuff. We are thinking about $100. Any thoughts? |

I am sure this is something all of us nannies can AGREE with. (Surprise, surprise, right...??!)
No nanny, esp. a nanny who has her own kids to support would ever be disappointed by cold hard ca$h. No one I promise you. |
