Hi OP, I've never found a good solution for this, beyond just building our own spreadsheet.

It does seem like a tool that should be available but I've never found one.

Our nanny has guaranteed hours, but she also has sick leave, annual leave, holidays, and many days we give her off because we're travelling. To clearly and easily track usage of sick and annual leave, especially if accrual over time is involved, is the kind of thing I'd like a tool for.
