We have a very active 15 month old whose nanny buddy is moving away. Our nanny is wonderful, Spanish-speaking and takes the kids out to the library, the park and other activities. Her hours are 8-5. Talk to me if you want to join our little group. Looking to find someone immediately.

Since OP said that the "nanny buddy is moving" it seems that they were already in a share situation and just need to find a replacement.
Why are you assuming OP is taking advantage of her nanny?

Because thry usually do take advantageage of illegals.
