Would greatly appreciate some nanny-perspective. We are considering doing a nanny-share with another couple who has a 7-month old. Our baby will be a 3-month old. Does the 4-month difference cause any issues that we should be aware of?

| No, not just four months. Even if the babies were the same age there could be a four month difference in development (crawling, walking, etc). Not a big deal. |
And actually, your baby will be the one who benefits the most between the two developmentally. |

Two babies are always a ton of work. That's why if a mom has twins on her own, you know she needs help.
