What's the rate for an infant 40 hours a week in the area? Nanny must speak English and be legal thanks

I live in 22101. It is the same as most of DC because the nannies who work here come from all over the DC area and they could equally be likely working in Fairfax. There is no "exclusive inner Mclean higher rate" for being in this area.

If you were way far out, such as Leesburg or Ashburn, then you'd have different rates.

For what you describe, anywhere between $10-$15 after tax or $13 to $18 gross.

I am a full time nanny in McLean and make $17 an hour. I'm legal and college educated. I only watch the infant though and do not do any cleaning or laundry. If the parents decide to add that on later they've agreed to pay $20 an hour.

OT is 1.5 of 13-18? Do people do flat rates for 50 hrs
