Need help finding families for nanny share

| Have been posting everywhere for over a month. Not single response other the scammers. Please post resources that can help us find another family to join our nanny share in Sterling, VA. |

It will likely be hard out in setting I think. I imagine there are lots of SAHMs there plus nannies in general are used less than closer in.
I posted regularly on DCUM's nanny board and found all 4 families we have shared with through here. I also scanned DCUM listings by others to see if anyone was searching for a share. I even occasionally replied to a DCUM post if it was for a single nearby kid that was looking for their own nanny to see If they might be open to a share. I also did Craig's list postings in the childcare section. When you live in neighborhoods where it is less common you cannot rely on your local list serve. |

| ^ pp above. Adding that each time it took me well over a month - normally 2-3 I would say - to find a share family. You have to be persistent. |
