MB changed my hours this and now wants me to change them back

| A week ago MB asked me to come in just for the morning even though usually I work afternoons. I agreed to come in all 5am even though that the off my plans for the morning. She texted me last night and now wants to change my hours back to my usual hours. The problem is that I made plans with a friend and I don't feel like I should have to cancel on my friend and change my plans again. I get that she wants me to work my normal hours, but I don't think I should be forced to change my schedule again for her. What do you all think is fair? |

| How about telling her you made plans for that particular day and that you will need more notice and consistency. Sounds like she needs an AuPair and not a nanny. |

| I would switch back except for the one day you have plans. It's not okay to flip back an fourth with people's schedules. If you don't stand up for yourself now it will happen over and over. |

| Did you tell her the switch threw off your morning plans? Maybe she thinks this is better for you schedule-wise. |
