What are your thoughts of Nanny of the Year?

My thoughts are I do not need a title to be good at what I do, in my charges eyes I am the best

Nope. I assume that a huge portion of the nanny population has no idea about this award. I don't know anything about it either so it is meaningless to me.

Just because you are great with one family/kid dosent mean that you will be great with mine. I work with many unsung heroes and work with many people who get credit for ass kissing.
