Nanny share opening, full time, Downtown silver spring / shepherds park area preferred

We have an amazing nanny who our 13 month old daughter just loves. The
little boy who we share with is moving on and we are looking for a new
family. Our nanny is fully certified, has years of experience and truly
truly loves children. We would prefer to share with someone in the
Downtown Silver Spring / Shepherds Park general area. This is a full time share,
monday-friday 8am-6pm. Location of the share is totally negotiable. Debbie
is a career nanny who learned the nanny business from her mother with whom
she used to work before she retired. Debbie is a mother and a grandmother.
She is CPR certified and drives her own car. She focuses on a combination
of developmental activities, healthy sleep and eating habits, and giving
our daughter a stimulating and loving experience every day. We receive
reports, videos and photographs of our child from her every day as well as
frequent conferences about everything that is happening with our girl.
Before we were in the nanny share we used an in home daycare which seemed
great but our daughter would cry every time we dropped her off, she has
not done that once since we started with Debbie. Debbie is punctual and
extremely responsible. She is careful to address our individual needs on a
daily basis and is focused on giving our daughter the things that we
prioritize. Debbie takes the kids for walks, does music and dance time,
and has reading time every day. We are so happy with her and sad that the
previous family is leaving but excited to bring a new child into the
