Hello, back a few years ago when I had a nanny, I had a link to a calculator that would help you figure out the hourly rate for your nanny. For example, if I wanted to pay $XX a week for 50 hours, I would put that into the calculator and it would give me the hourly rate accounting for overtime. I was going to refer a friend to this calculator but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
I know you can just figure this out using math and stuff, but this made things easier.

Some of us have been around the block a few times. I suspect your friend can't really afford a nanny. Just tell her nanny care is the most expensive care. |
