You are clearly someone who loves what you do and is immediately drawn to the kids in the room (as they are to you.)
You have a calm, loving manner. The previous families you worked for spoke of you with deep affection, and serious concern for making sure we would be a good family for you. You still stay in touch with and babysit for two of the families whose kids you nannied - and those kids are now teenagers. You were known by and recommended by several people in my neighborhood. I could see that you would treat my kids like precious little souls, even in the throes of tantrums. (Not that I think this is necessary, I certainly don't always feel that way. But I was so impressed by your enjoyment of them, even if they were being annoying.) You asked me how I liked their clothes folded (as though some previous employer had been deeply critical.) You'll fold their clothes!?! It can be origami for all I care, you're hired!

| Nice post. Thank you. |
| Beautiful! |
| Kids having tantrums are brats, not precious souls. |
Go away. |
|
You had ideas for how to spend the day with three children of different ages.
You seemed willing to handle the hassle of putting all the kids in car seats and getting out of the house. |
Agree go AWAY, find a nice shrink and get OUT of the nanny business
|
| You weren't scared off by for kids, and seemed to want to jump in to the challenge! |
Educate yourself on child development. |
I have three and only one had one tantrum and found out they weren't tolerated in our house. You have brats, I don't. |
