Why working Parents need a good Nanny

If parents don't have a good nanny, they can't do their office work very well. It's hard to do two jobs at the same time, in two different places.

The better the nanny, the better you can focus on your office job.

I disagree. You don't need a "good" nanny to be able to go to work and do your job. You need someone who shows up but that's about it. Yes the better the nanny the better for your child. But you can still go to work as long as they show up and do the basics.

You do need a good nanny to go to your job otherwise you will be worrying all day and your work will suffer. Having a warm body there only lets you know the children are less likely to burn the house down. A good nanny will make your life easier and give you more time with your children
