I was wondering if anybody has been successful in enrolling themselves or helping a nanny enroll in health insurance in Virginia. I'm particularly interested in anybody who enrolled through healthcare.gov or is getting insurance in Virginia with a tax credit. You can reply here or email daniapal@yahoo.com. Thank you.

Short answer: yes. I pay for my own health insurance. |
Would you be willing to talk about the experience? If yes, could you email me at daniapal@yahoo.com? Thanks. |
Are you a reporter? |
No, I'm not a reporter. I work for a nonprofit organization and we are looking for examples of how people have been able to get insurance with subsidies in Virginia. If you don't want to follow up, that's fine. |
13:16 here.
It was a NP who asked if you were a reporter, not me. I'll email you, but I'm not sure if I am what you're looking for. |
Wondering how this went. |
ehealthinsurance.com |
They aren't in any way objective, are they? Just companies advertising themselves. |
You should check out the plans by putting in your information on either healthcare.gov or ehealthinsurance. It is not "affordable healthcare" -- $300+ a month, with $6,500 deductibles. All the deductibles are HUGE unless you are willing to pay $600 or more a month. You can get a plan for $200 and can never use it - huge deductible, doctors & drugs not covered. Only a limited number of companies to choose from as well. check it out. that is your answer. |
