bonus - part-time nanny share

Another bonus question! Our nanny watches our son 16 hours a week with another little boy (who she watches 24 hours a week). She also works for another family the other two days a week.

I was thinking a little over what we normally pay her for those 16 hours gross, in cash. It wouldn't be expected that I pay her what a full week's salary would be, correct? I do know that the other family we do the share with is giving her a bonus, too. I don't know about the other family.

You are correct - a bonus of her week's salary from you (for 16 hours).
