18month sleep regression

| Help!! My charge will not nap... She must sleep between 12:15-2:15 as we have after school pick up... She isn't teathing atm so it's regression. I know it won't last forever but scared mb will take away nap. Older sister stopped napping at 22 months and wasn't ready... They will stop napping her but she definitely needs the sleep. Any advice? |

I'd start a set routine before each nap. Lights down low, make sure she's fed, clean diaper. Rock softly in her room. Songs/story/something.
What does she do during nap time? Talk? Cry? What do you do? |
