| what would I pay a babysitter to put be at my house at 7am get my daughters ready for school. Put them on the bus by 810am. Then pick them up from the bus stop at 310pm. Of course stay with them when they have early dismissals and when they don't have school? |

| $20/hr at a minimum, and don't expect that they will be available every snowy, holiday, and teacher workday. They will obviously be working elsewhere or have classes. |

| Probably somewhere between $15-$20 depending on experience. Though finding someone able/willing to take a split schedule and be available for random school holidays is going to be VERY difficult. If you do find someone willing to take on these hours, ask them what their rate is, and then think long and hard about whether it's worth it to haggle from there and risk losing them. |
