I know you can go to the police station to get a parking pass for two weeks for a nanny (for a zoned neighborhood), but I thought if you go to the DMV you could get a year-long visitor pass. I went down there today and was told they don't do those kinds of permits. Anyone have experience with this? Does everyone who lives in zoned areas in DCA really have to go to the police station every two weeks for nannies who drive their own cars? TIA. |

OP, you have to live on the right type of street to qualify. Many people do not qualify. |
