Pasta Quesadilla (either cheese or chicken) Hamburger, turkey burger, salmon burger Yogurt Apples and peanut butter Avocado Sides: Sweet peppers Corn Cheese Soft carrots Tomatoes Strawberries Blueberries Watermelon Bananas Pretty much every fruit Snack type: Rice cakes Oven French fries Honey Cheerios Popsicle Fruit bar Granola bar. |

Good list from 11:28. Also;
- beans and rice (or rice and lots of other stuff) - avocado and cottage cheese - melted open face tomato and cheese sandwiches - mac and cheese w/ veggies or proteins mixed in - omelette type eggs w/ cheese/veggies/meat - pizza or chicken fingers as a treat - fish sticks - they love to dip them in ranch dressing or other sauces - corn on the cob - sugar snap peas - carrot sticks with a dipping sauce (sometimes hummous goes over well) - tons of fruit - yogurt - breads of various types |

Soup (Whole Foods makes awesome chicken noodle and chicken dumpling soup)
Grilled cheese with broccoli mixed in Mac n cheese with broccoli Grilled chicken with rice and or vegetables Pasta Typical menu for my charge: Breakfast: Scrambled eggs (2), toast with almond butter or jam Lunch: Grilled chicken and mixed vegetables Snack: fruit/banana/puffs/yogurt if he hasn't had one yet |

I like to make nibble trays. I use an ice cube tray and fill it with stuff like carrots, apple slices, pretzels, cheese, raisins, chicken nuggets, pasta, grapes ect.
Google nipple trays for toddlers and look at the images I've found great ideas. |

My 3 year old and 2 year old eat:
Grilled Cheese Ham Sandwiches PB&J Quesadillas Black Beans and Rice Veggie/Pasta Soup(I make) Fresh Bell Peppers Slightly cooked Carrots Hummus/Chips or Pita Bread Celery Sticks Avocado(they love) Guac(I make) Any and every fruit Cubed Sweet Potato We generally will do a sandwich, 1-2 vegetables, fruit and hummus/pita chips. Sometimes, if I have made Pasta or similar they will have the leftovers for lunch. The 3 year old usually will choose the lunch. |
