We are a seven figure income household, and pay $30-35 per hour rate with no overtime for nanny for 3 kids. We use an agency and we get many folks who are interested at this rate, which suggests it’s very competitive. We get experienced and educated nannies.

The harder sell for us is only 40 hrs - many people want 45-60 hrs to really get salaries up. We only did that for one candidate we really wanted, so obviously paying overtime rates.
