Should I report parents as neglect, there is NEVER nutritious food in the house

I wouldn't call CPS, but I would consider getting another position, as it seems that you are not a good fit for the family. You have different childcare expectations and unfortunately, it's their child and you can't force them to feed him any differently.

Im a current nanny and former CPS worker.

They’d be pissed at you for wasting our precious time. I’d have calls where kids are being raped by their moms boyfriend every night and toddlers who were burned by cigarettes.
