FT nanny keeps changing her vacation week

Nannying isn't the type of job where you change what week you are showing up or not. It's too disruptive to the kids and the parents' jobs.

Pick your vacation week and then stick to it.

FYI we have a 60 day rule for vacation approval. If a nanny can't or won't work with us for time off = bad sign, attitude problem.
