What does YOUR nanny do all day?

How do you know? A nanny is defined by what she does with her charge, not what she does during nap time.

Every person is different. Theres nannies that would do extra because they feel they're paid good and feel well treated. Or do the basics, kids clothes, toys, etc.
I'm a nanny and I do the basics, everything related to the child. And if I dont feel tired I organize a bit the home but if I'm very tired I just relax, recharge so when my charge wakes up I'm not tired for them.

I used to do a lot more. After the third time I was reprimanded for overstepping for rearranging the children’s clothes (while I pulled any outgrown/out-of-season clothes), I stopped doing anything unless I was specifically asked AND it was in my initial job description.
