Op here. She says she will pay me before work on Friday. At this point what do I have to loose? The only reason I've put up with this so long is because I bring my daughter to work with me. My daughter really enjoys playing with her daughter. They're really good friends.

Can she drop off the cash for you on Thursday night? Or give you a check and you take it to HER bank on Friday am to withdraw the amount? If her bank cannot give you the cash from her account, you know it is a bad check.

I feel for you. You are a very nice person. Is there no dad in the picture for the other mother? Not to be harsh, but when she works, where does the money she earns from that job go? Is she a waitress? She should be able to give you cash that night.

She says she's paying me with cash Friday before I start working. She will pay all of the hours and for Friday before she leaves.

I still think you need to get that money ANYTIME before you show up on Friday. I sense that if you show up on Friday, she will NOT have the money on hand and say something to guilt you into staying to babysit for her on Friday. For free, again, with her promises.

Have you calculated the amount of money you are owed and sent that info to her? She will pay you everything you are owed, plus your babysitting amount for Friday night?

Yes. She has agreed to pay everything and the balance for Friday night babysitting as well.
