The benefits I usually get are 10 days PTO and paid holidays. I usually got a yearly bonus but that wasn't written into my contract, and reflected my quality of work (as it should).
Ideally I'd like the same but with a health insurance stipend. |
| OP here. We are going to raise the pay slightly but not to $23. I know that taking care of a baby is hard work but she won't have any housekeeping responsibilities. I prep all the bottles at night, dishes go in the dishwasher, we will make baby food, and the housekeeper will handle all the laundry and cleaning if we don't. We will handle everything except for her cleaning up the play area and after herself. The baby is very easy. He never cries and sleeps extremely well. |
| OP, may i have your email address, to apply for this position. |
| I offer my nanny one month of vacation, a car, food, sick days, all federal holidays, time and a half after 40 hours, we give her only the best because she deserves it , she is honest and reliable and patient and organized and just wonderful so to a great nanny the best benefits |
I love to see this! Lucky nanny and lucky family. |
I would only increase the benefits as annual performance raises, IF THEY ARE EARNED. First you have to demonstrate to us that you are the best nanny, then you will increasing get the best benefits. What does not work, is thinking that paying and giving more will improve a subpar performer. Subpar performers are subpar or average no matter what you pay or gift them. |
