I wouldn't agree to take care of a dog for only a dollar more an hour. Lord, you are cheap.

I concur.

If you're lucky, I might be willing to feed your goldfish for that price.

Yes. But I would only be paying $50/day for the first baby. I pay my nanny a certain amount so that she has enough poo ugh money to pay her mortgage and buy food, etc. I don't need to double that amount just because there is another baby.

Who says you would need to double her rate PP??!

You are assuming wrong here.

No one on here is even recommending doubling her salary by any means.

We are just stating that adding only a measly dollar or two is an insult.

Get it????

We paid the $1.5/ hour raise in cash. went from $16/hr with some cash component to $18/hour with a larger cash component. She needs a very good figure.

Older child is in Preschool 4 hours a day, we did the 8am drops. Both kids nap 1:30-3:30pm. So a bit of a lumpy day, but nothing millions of parents/caretakers around the world don't do daily.

At least daycare centers don't have the bad attitude that you do. And they don't play on their cell phones for hours and hours. And your house isn't getting worn down and messy. And your dishes aren't getting used and abused all day.
