Would you rehire a nanny that you let go under these circumstances?

Wow op. You let go of a great nanny because she lost track of time ( probably playing with your baby because you mention how involved she was with her.) And a walk in the stroller? Doubt your child was screaming and crying the whole time. Children sometimes behave differently for nannies than their parents.

Now you can't find a nanny as good as her. You sound like an ass.

I had an MB like you. She was very critical of me. Everyone e told me to quit. I didn't I loved the kids. The job ended when they moved. Funny thing is they have gone through a few nannies and the mom tells me "they aren't you". They now appreciate me more than ever, and have asked several times if I'm interested in relocating ( I'm not. New job, nice family. Making 50% more with benefits and 401k)

Just amazing how often parents seem not to appreciate a good nanny when they have one.
