take over the job make extra money? If I where you take it! NO need to worry about slow days. I am sick and tired your makeing up story abut nannys you know butter than any one ells abut the nannys job don't you? Let's be onset here ??

I assume you thought I was an MB. Sorry, but I'm a nanny. reinforcing gender roles in a way that degrades a child's sense of self-esteem is not acceptable in a nanny. A parent may do so, that is their right.[/quote} look I don't really care whether your nanny or agency work for Parent only however if you have personal problem here get up go do some thing with your time don't sit create a problem for people to have an issue or complex with one another we all deserve the precious life that we treasure. I think carefully what you are doing here I LOVE to see people positive NOT negative.

And I don't believe that condoning this nanny's behavior (which is detrimental to a child's self-image) is appropriate. Nor am I creating a problem for anyone, as OP had already posted that there was an issue. There are a number of people who have responded that this nanny was out of line.

Who Say SO ??except you how do I believe that is the nanny meant it ?I have hard time to believe in that . You see her once a day at the park?I'm sure the family see's her more than you, they will find some issue with the nanny that is clear by now !!That's what I'm talking about being negative to create a problem. Just saying because you're out there to receive the comment ..how the nanny meant it the way how you meant it ? Your meaning has different Manning than others view so it's easy if you are positive you'll see positive if you run your own show you will see negative .so try to come down to see things very carefully. just my thought Many Nannys at the park try to help kids different ways ?we all are different we be careful how you interpreted it. You can easily make him or her get in trouble ..

Again, I'm not OP, I'm the PP nanny who also has an issue with what was said. Intention doesn't matter. Results matter, when the result is harmful. And if the parents reconsider whether this nanny is the right fit for their family, great! There are plenty of families out there who believe that girls aren't equal to boys, and the nanny needs to work for one of those.
