You are surely not the only one. I have worked for them many years ago. But every time I respond to an ad they never get back, they are racist and not even sure how and why they are still around.
I had a recent experience with Nanny Poppins. They set up an interview for themselves first, i was called into work unexpectedly due to a family emergency, the in the frenzy I could not get to inform them and cancel. They came back sayin we cannot work with you anymore.

There’s definitely some discrimination going on! I find some of the staff to be rude and there’s NO communication! I call saying I’m interested in a job and never hear anything back. I’m never contacted saying, “we have a job you may be interested in”, or even just to say, “we haven’t forgotten about you”. Also, I’ve been told if I sign up with them, none of my employers can post for me on sites like, DCUrbanMom or other list servs. I have to close my Care.com or any other accounts I have to search for a position. I’ve talked to other nanny colleagues that are under them and asked if they were told to do that. They looked at me as if I was crazy!!

I’ve realized they do this because they post and search for clients on these sites, so, they can get the parents $$$.

Again, definitely, some discrimination going on and they are ALL ABOUT THAT DOLLAR, BUT HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE NANNIES!!

I don't sign anything to be guaranteed a job through an agency, so I'm not going to close anything else or stop talking to other agencies.
