OP here: yes, I'm sure. She found me on sittercity and also, it says the job was posted at 8:59pm on Tuesday the 24th.

Care.com doesn't provide that info. Did you seriously just make this whole thing up? Wtf.

OP here: Ummm seriously? Yes, it does show it. Just looked again and it says this under jobs...... Full-Time Nanny Needed - Apply Now!

Stop calling troll on everything.

OP here: I questioned that too except she has the job posted with the hourly rate that she is paying me right now so it doesn't seem that they are looking for someone cheaper.

OP here: I don't get that from her job posting at all. She posted "looking for a nanny for our toddler son and soon to be born newborn son." Also, she had told me that they hired me spefically because of my years of infant experience as they wanted someone who would be able to handle a newborn.

I would just email her saying, Hi XXX, I saw your ad for a new nanny while I was looking for additional jobs to supplement my income. I was hoping you could let me know my termination date and when I will be receiving my final pay check so I can plan accordingly.

I like this. Direct and no room for doubt.

OP here: Thanks PP. Still trying to decide exactly how I'm going to go about this. MB texted me today which makes me even more confused as this is what she texted me "Hi! I think I remember you mentioning on Friday that you were going to make a Target trip this weekend. Have you been yet? If not, is there any chance you could stop by our house and pick up the newborn diapers that are on the counter and exchange them for size 1? Also, I know you had mentioned wanting to do more crafts with "G" so feel free to grab whatever you'd like for craft time and bring the receipt on Wednesday and we will reimburse you! Thank you SO much!"

Just so damn confusing!!!

Just email her. She is playing games with you. That is strange it is your job to exchange diapers on your off time for her.

You are a troll.

Yes my Care account does not give a time posted.

Troll or not the advice given is good for anyone in this predicament.

You guys are idiots. Pull up care.com on your phone. Click on any job and it DOES tell you the time and it shows you in TWO different places. Just did it again and again, it shows this....

Posted Tuesday, February 24th, 8:59pm by Amanda W. (I changed the name).

So stop with the stupid troll comments.

Wasn't this same thing posted but from the MB's perspective recently? She noticed that her new nanny kept signing in to the job website post Her being hired?

I think these job websites late the dates themselves to make things look fresh and active.

Please SPEAK with your MB about the post, just say you are confused something like that is up, any color on why? Simple, short, nonchalant and take it from there. Likely a misunderstanding

Sheesh, if MB is asking you to exchange diapers on your day off, I'd be glad she's looking for a replacement. Talk about job creep! My MB texted me once on my day off, asking me to please pick up a prescription for their sick toddler from the pharmacy because she didn't want to leave the house with her. I gladly did it and told her she didn't have to pay me, but she compensated me by paying for hours of work when the job took an hour at most.

OP here: I didn't mind doing it only because I am being paid for tomorrow and Tuesday as I have guranteed hours. Maybe I'm too nice but I felt like it wasn't a big deal since their house was on the way and I was going to Target anyways.

So are you going to ask her about it or what? Ask her when you pick the diapers up.

It is unfair to call out the OP or anyone else as a troll simply based on whether or not a time/date can be seen.

Perhaps in one browser it can be seen, and not in another.

Geez. Modern technology is very complex guys.

I thought you already knew that.

You need to address this sooner than later.

OP, go ahead and apply for the job. Send them your resume. Wait for amusing reaction...
