Looks like there are at least three different mothers of twins responding OP - and they are all telling you to hire an experienced nanny or go with daycare.

Not sure what else to tell you.

Not sure what to offer her in terms of pay. I asked her and she said oh anything. She says she has lots of childcare experience with other family members but was not for pay. What pay rate or salary range should I offer her. She is 26 years old.

Do you know about her experience with twin newborns? How well do you know her? What is she doing now?

I agree with the first few comments OP, (haven't read the rest yet.)

She doesn't sound like she knows what she is doing.

A good nanny will not reply that she will work for "anything" when asked what she charges. That sounds more like an airhead response to me. She sounds very wet behind the ears to me.

For newborn twins, you will need someone who knows what she is doing and this girl does not even sound close.

I would not even consider her for the job. Not worth it.
