Bosses want me to drive through ice and snow to work

I'm from Chicago but live in Washinton, DC now so I know how to drive in the snow. But here in DC they shut everything down. This week, we got hit with another storm.
They haven't even plowed our street yet. So if the street's not plowed I can't get out and can't go in. But if it was, I would go to their house.
