I haven't gotten a raise in 6 years or after the new baby way was born. MB said its because I'm so expensive... Ummm hello you agreed to my rate! So I'm doing another year hear with a smile on my face, taking my reference and going to work for someone who isn't a cheap lazy SAHM.
