| My 3y old charge is so afraid of monsters! She has trouble falling asleep at night. Looking for some tips from people who have btdt. She has "monster spray" but that isn't helping |

| Monster spray? That's a bad idea it's like saying yes monsters exist so spray stuff. You just tell her they don't exist, don't feed into it |

| Get rid of the monster spray. Do not look in the closets or under beds, your only reaffirming her fear. Tell her they are not real, lather, rinse, repeat. |
